تنظیم هوا در بازدهی کارخانه‌های تولید آرد چه تاثیری دارد؟ شاید در نگاه اول دیاگرام مناسب و تنظیم ماشین آلات بخش آسیاب، درکارخانه های تولیدی آرد تعیین کننده اصلی کیفیت محصولات خروجی و تامین کننده راندمان بالا به نظر آید اما بسیاری از مسئولین خط تولید، یعنی آسیابان ها به اهیمت تنظیم فشار و دبی هوا در ماشین آلات بوجاری، بخش آسیاب و انتقال محصول نهایی بی توجهی می کنند.

در بازدید از کارخانه های تولید آرد، بلغور و خوراک دام اشکالات بسیار زیادی درتنظیم ماشین آلات بوجاری مانند شن گیرها، کانال های هوا، فن های هوا، فیلترها، استفاده نامناسب از سیکلون‌ها و انتقال محصول با پنوماتیک قابل مشاهده است که این موارد نه تنها راندمان کارخانه را کاهش می دهند بکله باعث مصرف انرژی و اتلاف منابع درکشور می شوند. لذا نکات مهمی درخصوص تاثیر دبی و فشارهوا درعملکرد ماشین آلات تولیدی را تشریح می نمایم.

نکته مهم که تمامی آسیابان ها باید به آن توجه کنند این است که باتوجه به آنکه هرسال هزینه های تولید آرد از گندم (قیمت انرژی، حقوق پرسنل، کاهش ارزش پول ایران و…..) بالاتر می رود چاره ای جز بالابردن راندمان وکیفیت تولید ندارند.

تاثیر مناسب نبودن دبی و فشار هوا در عملکرد خطوط تولید آرد:

در سیستم های غبارگیری و نیز انتقال پنوماتیک مواد در کارخانه های آرد، خوراک دام، تولید ماکارونی و غیره محاسبه افت فشار مسیر، اتصالات، دستگاه ها و نیز محاسبه دبی هوای مورد نیاز باید به درستی انجام گیرد در غیر این صورت سیستم عملکرد مناسبی نخواهد داشت. به عنوان مثال در دستگاه های سپراتور (کانال هوا)، شن گیر، میزهای لرزشی و کنسانتریتورها اگر این محاسبات درست انجام نشود و یا هواکشی مناسب صورت نگیرد، سیستم درست عمل نخواهد کرد.

بعنوان مثال اگر فشار هوا بیش از اندازه و دبی آن کم باشد به جای شناوری گندم و مکیده شدن غبار و ذرات ناخالصی سبک، گندم مکیده می شود و چون دبی یعنی حجم هوا کم است، شناوری گندم به وجود نمی آید و غبار و ناخالصی ها در داخل گندم باقی می مانند.

لذا گندم از طریق هواکش و سیکلون یا فیلتر خارج شده و بدتر از آن درگندم ارسالی به بخش آسیاب خاک و ناخالصی دیده خواهد شد که راندمان و کیفیت به طور همزمان کم خواهد شد.
اگر در ماشین آلات بوجاری کارخانه، مانند کانل ها و شن گیرها و…….فشار کم و دبی بالا باشد، همچنان شناوری گندم را نخواهیم داشت و ضایعات سبک و ناخالصی ها همچنان در گندم باقی خواهد ماند که باز کیفیت محصول خروجی پایین خواهد آمد.

نکته دیگر اینکه دبی و فشار هوا درماشین آلات بخش آسیاب مانند مغزگیرها، والس ها و……. نه تنها درکیفیت تولید بلکه در رعایت اصول بهداشتی بسیارموثر است. میکروبی بودن و کپک داشتن آرد تولیدی نهایی از دغدغه های جدی تولید است.

چطور می توان فشار تنظیم هوا و دبی را در حد نیاز تنظیم کرد؟

در سیستم های غبارگیری توصیه می شود از دو نوع دریچه تنظیم هوا استفاده شود:

دریچه پروانه ای برای کم و زیاد کردن دبی هوا که از یک صفحه دایره شکل و یک محور تشکیل شده است و می تواند لوله هوا را باز و بسته و یا مقدار دبی را تنظیم کند.
دریچه استوانه ای یا صفحه های قابل تنظیم که می تواند هوای اطراف را وارد لوله غبارگیری کند و معمولاً از دو عدد استوانه تو در تو تشکیل شده است که با گردش حول محور استوانه ها می توانند پنجره ای متغییر به وجود آورند که هوای بیرون را به داخل سیستم غبارگیری تزریق می کند. توسط این دو نوع دریچه شما می توانید فشار و دبی را در حد نیاز تنظیم کنید.

برای راهنمایی و دادن الگو جهت محاسبات تنظیم هوا برای دستگاه های مختلف کارخانه های آرد و خوراک دام برخی پارامترهای مهم طراحی جهت اطلاع مسئولین تعمیرات کارخانه ها ارائه می شود.
به عنوان مثال برای ماشین آلات انتقال مانند چین کانوایرها، الواتورها و… با توجه به ظرفیت آنها حدود ۶-۱۰ m³/min هوای غبارگیری نیاز است و سرعت مکش حدود ۱۱ m/s مناسب است. برای پوستگیرها سرعت مناسب هوا حدود ۹ m/s است.

افت فشار ایجاد شده با توجه به سایز سیکلن متفاوت است و به طور متوسط حدود ۶۰ mmH۲O است

برای کانال های هوا (سپراتورها) سرعت پیشنهادی ۱۲ m/s و حجم هوا بسته به نوع سپراتور از ۸۰-۱۴۰ m³/min مفید است و افت فشار تنظیم هوا ایجاد شده در این کانال ها معمولاً حدود ۱۵۰ mmH۲O است. برای سیکلن ها در ورودی سرعت حدود ۱۵ m/s و در خروجی حدود ۱۰ m/s پیشنهاد می شود. افت فشار ایجاد شده با توجه به سایز سیکلن متفاوت است و به طور متوسط حدود ۶۰ mmH۲O است.

در شن گیرها سرعت خروجی هوا حدود ۱۲m/s مناسب است و دبی برای ظرفیت های مثلاً ۸ T/h حدود ۹۰ m³/min و برای ۱۶ T/h حدود ۱۶۰ m³/min کافی است. افت فشار داخل دستگاه حدود۱۸۰ mmH۲O است که در انتخاب هواکش باید افت فشار مسیر و نیز سیکلن و خروجی هوا (دودکش) را نیز در نظر بگیرید.

افت فشار تنظیم هوا این فیلترها که با توجه به نوع پارچه و تمیزی و کثیفی آنها متغییر است

در فیلترهای کیسه ای تنظیم هوا سرعت ورود هوا حدود ۱۸ m/s و خروج حدود ۹ m/s توصیه می شود و افت فشار این فیلترها که با توجه به نوع پارچه و تمیزی و کثیفی آنها متغییر است و اگر حدود ۱۵۰ mm H۲O باشد در منطقه بحرانی قرار دارد. بدیهی است اعداد مناسب دبی و افت فشار برای هر دستگاه با توجه به کاتالوگ و اطلاعات سازنده قابل حصول می باشد و اعداد فوق به عنوان مثال و دادن ایده اولیه است.

با توجه به اعداد داده شده و یا مشخصات هر دستگاه تنظیم هوا ، همواره باید اپراتورها (مسئولین آسیاب) تمامی نقاط مرتبط با هوا، مربوط به بوجاری، انتقال، فیلترها، جداسازی در آسیاب مانند مغزگیرها در بخش آسیاب را به صورت جدی پایش و کنترل نموده و کیفیت و راندمان کارخانه را در حد قابل قبول حفظ کنند. گاها با تغییر فقط کیسینگ پروانه فن انتقال، مصرف انرژی آن ۱۰۰ درصد کاهش پیدا کرده است.

دقت و اجرای جدول پیوست جهت انجام PM درکارخانه های تولیدی در خصوص فن ها واشکالات مرتبط با آنها توصیه می شود.
