امیر حسین تقوی، مدیر عامل شرکت دانش‌بنیان نانوفناوران خاور خاطر نشان کرد فیلتراسیون از مباحث پراهمیت صنایع کشور در حفظ محیط زیست است و استفاده از فیلترهای با راندمان بالاتر علاوه بر اینکه ضامن حفظ محیط زیست است باعث سلامت محیط کار و توجیه اقتصادی برای صنایع کشور است.

وی در ادامه با اشاره به ظهور تکنولوژی های جدید به خصوص نانو تکنولوژی، بیان داشت: شرکت نانو فناوران خاور با توجه به تجربه تولید فیلتر از سال ۱۳۸۰ و توجه به مشکلات فیلتر های رایج، از سال ۱۳۹۰ با ایجاد واحد تحقیق و توسعه و دستیابی به تولید نانو الیاف و با ساخت دستگاه الکتروریسی صنعتی نسبت به تولید فیلتر با استفاده از نانو الیاف اقدام نمود و با توجه به کاربرد وسیع نانو الیاف در صنعت فیلتراسیون در فرآیند تولید، این تکنولوژی را به خدمت گرفت تا این محصول مهم صنعتی را ارتقا بخشد.

مدیر عامل شرکت دانش‌بنیان نانوفناوران خاور، افزود: با استفاده از نانوالیاف در بخش فیلتر، جذب ذرات افزایش یافته ، فیلتراسیون سطحی میگردد و در نتیجه باعث افزایش طول عمر فیلترها می شوند که می توان از آن به عنوان مهمترین تحول تکنولوژی در صنعت نام برد. استفاده از نانو الیاف در ساختار فیلتر، تراکم آن را کاهش می‌دهد که این موجب کاهش افت فشار و مصرف انرژی در فرآیند فیلتراسیون می شود. به عبارت دیگر، نانو فیلترهای صنعتی، علاوه ‌بر حذف ذرات ریزتر، هزینه‌ها را نیز کاهش می‌دهند.

وی در پاسخ به استفاده از ماسک های مورد نیاز در کارخانجات تولیدکننده آرد، گفت: تماس با گرد و غبار آرد باعث ایجاد بیماری های عفونی، سرطان ها و اختلال در شاخص های عملکردی ریه می شود و این مسئله الزام استفاده از ماسک در کارخانجات آرد را ضروری می سازد. متاسفانه بسیاری از ماسک های رایج و موجود در بازار کارایی لازم را نداشته و بیشتر شبیه ماسک هستند. برای مثال ماسک های سوپاپ دار به نام ماسک فیلتر دار در بازار معرفی شده اند که متاسفانه عملکرد مورد نظر را ندارد. نانو ماسک های شرکت نانو فناوران خاور با برند NFK دارای دیافراگم سیلیکونی است که در عمل دم کاملا بسته و در حین بازدم باز می شود و پوشش نانو الیاف در سطح نانو ماسک ها باعث جذب ذرات ۲۵ برابری در ذرات زیر ۱ میکرون می شوند. لذا به واسطه وجود نانو الیاف و حذف لایه های اضافی سهولت در تنفس ایجاد می شود.

تقوی در خصوص چشم انداز آینده بازار محصولات نانو، یادآور شد: در دی ماه سال ۹۷ نشستی در ستاد نانو کشور برای مدیران شرکت های تولید کننده آرد برگزار شد که یکی از اهداف اصلی آن معرفی فناوری نانو در بحث فیلتراسیون و مزایای استفاده از آن بود که مورد بحث قرار گرفت. بازدید از نمایشگاه محصولات نانو در حاشیه این نشست باعث آشنایی مدیران از محصولات صنعتی با فناوری نانو، نحوه کاربرد آن در مواجه با مشکلات صنعت شد که مورد توجه مدیران از قرار گرفت. هم اکنون ستاد نانو کشور در حال هماهنگی زمان برگزاری نشست دیگری با حضور صنعتگران آرد است .
