آشنایی کامل با میله های آویز الک مکعبی (Plansifter Suspension Rods)

الک مکعبی یا Square Plansifter از مهمترین ماشین آلات بخش آسیاب غلات به خصوص آرد گندم است که وظیفه الک کردن و تفکیک ذرات بر اساس سایز را بر عهده دارد. مکانیزم الک مکعبی بدین صورت است که بر حسب ظرفیت آسیاب تعداد پاساژ برای هر الک مشخص می شود و در هر پاساژ طبق مدل انتخاب شده الک، تعداد مشخصی ( از ۱۰ تا ۲۸ طبقه) رامکا با توری بندی مختلف مطابق دیاگرام در نظر گرفته می شود و با حرکت دورانی الک عمل الک کردن و سایزینگ ذرات انجام می شود. حرکت دورانی الک با یک لنگ عمودی در مرکز الک که با تسمه پولی با الکتروموتور کوپل شده ایجاد می شود و جهت نگهداری الک به صورت آویز، چهار سری میله آویز (Suspension Rod) در چهار گوشه الک تعبیه شده است.

میله های آویز در هر گوشه الک معمولا به صورت دسته ۶ تایی یا ۸ تایی در کنار هم نصب می شوند و برای مهار کردن الک، آویزها با تعدادی بست کورپی و یک پایه ساپورت به تیر آهن زیر سقف طبقه ساختمان نصب می شوند و برای نگهداشتن وزن الک، روی بدنه الک یک ساپورت طولی در هر طرف نصب شده که میله های آویز توسط بست کورپی یا مهاربند به شاسی متصل و مهار می شوند.

میله های آویز این امکان را به الک می دهند که در عین تعادل از نظر وزن، به صورت پاندولی از سقف آویزان شود و با روشن شدن الکتروموتور و حرکت دورانی لنگ وسط، کل الک نیز شروع به حرکت دورانی نماید.

طراحی سیستم آویز الک:

طراحی سیستم آویز الک در گذشته به صورت دستی و با فرمول های مهندسی مکانیک (استاتیک، مقاومت مصالح، دینامیک و آنالیز ارتعاشات) انجام می شد ولی با پیشرفت نرم افزارهای مهندسی، امروزه طراحی و محاسبات مکانیزم الک و سیستم آویز با نرم افزارهای دقیق از جمله CATIA، PRO ENGINEER و ANSYS انجام می شود.

پارامترهای لازم برای طراحی سیستم آویز الک بدین شرح است:

طراح با داشتن اطلاعات اولیه، پس از طراحی و محاسبات لازم الک را به صورت نرم افزاری بارگذاری نموده و به آن حرکت می دهد و با آنالیز استاتیکی و دینامیکی، تعداد و جنس آویزها و نحوه نصب و مهار آنها روی الک و تیر سقف محل نصب الک را مشخص می کند.

جنس و ابعاد آویز:

جنس میله های آویز الک در گذشته از چوب پخته درخت راش و چوب بامبو بود که برای افزایش مقاوت و حفظ خاصیت ارتجاعی، پیش از استفاده عملیات آماده سازی خاصی روی آنها انجام می شد. با پیشرفت علم مهندسی مواد و پیدایش کامپوزیت ها، جنس آویزها به فایبرگلس (Fiberglass) و FRP تغییر پیدا کرد. فایبرگلس کامپوزیتی از الیاف شیشه با مواد پلیمری است که از پشم شیشه به عنوان ماده تقویت کننده و از مواد پلیمری به عنوان مواد زمینه استفاده می‌شود. FRP برگرفته از حروف اولیه عبارت انگلیسی “Fiber Reinforced Polymer” می باشد. پلیمر مسلح شده با الیاف یا همان FRP یک محصول مرکب یا کامپوزیت است که از الیاف و ماتریس تشکیل شده است. از الیاف صنعتی مرسوم می توان الیاف کربن، شیشه، آرامید و بازالت را نام برد، ماتریس هم پلیمرهایی مثل اپوکسی، ونیل استر، پلی استر و .. می باشند. هر یک از مواد نامبرده به تنهایی خصوصیات منحصر بفردی دارند، که با قصد تولید محصولی بهتر نسبت به الیاف و رزین به تنهایی با هم ترکیب می شوند. از ترکیب الیاف و پلیمر می توان محصولاتی چون لمینیت و ورقFRP ، میلگرد FRPو مقاطع FRP را جهت مصارف مختلف صنعتی و ساختمانی با خواص مکانیکی مطلوب تولید کرد.

قطر میله های آویز معمولا از ۱۲ تا ۱۶ میلیمتر و طول آن بسته به ابعاد و نوع الک و ارتفاع طبقه ساختمان محل نصب متغیر است. اما لازم به ذکر است آویزها باید حداقل ارتفاع لازم جهت حفظ حالت پاندولی و تامین کورس حرکت دورانی الک را داشته باشند و معمولا شرکت سازنده الک این حداقل طول آویزها برای هر الک را مشخص می کند و در کاتالوگ ها ثبت می کنند. به طور معمول حداقل طول آویزها ۱۸۰۰ میلیمتر و حداکثر طول آنها ۳۸۵۰ میلیمتر در نظر گرفته می شود.

الزامات نصب آویز الک:

آویزهای الک باید طبق نقشه و دستورالعمل سازنده الک نصب شود و پیش از راه اندازی دستگاه نیز کنترل های لازم انجام شود.

در زمان نصب الک و آویزها باید حداقل موارد زیر رعایت شود:

طول آویزها درست باشد
ساپورت و مهاربند روی تیر سقفی محل نصب تراز باشد و به درستی نصب شود.
محل الک از نظر طولی و عرضی و فاصله از دیوار و دیگر ماشین آلات مجاور درست باشد و ورودی و خروجی مطابق دیاگرام و نقشه های نصب باشد.
فاصله الک از سقف و کف درست باشد
الک در محل خود تراز و شاقول باشد.
آویزها از نظر شاقولی و میزان کشش در هر چهار گوشه الک درست و مثل هم باشند.
پیچ های نگهدارنده کورپی ها با گشتاور صحیح طبق کاتالوگ سفت شوند.
در زمان راه اندازی، سرعت دورانی الک ۲۵۰ تا ۲۸۰ دور در دقیقه باشد، کورس حرکت دورانی الک بدون بار ۶۶ میلیمتر و زیر بار ۶۴ میلیمتر باشد.

اثرات وضعیت آویزها بر عملکرد الک مکعبی:

چون اتصال الک به سقف و نگهداری و تعادل آن توسط آویزها انجام می شود لذا وضعیت آویزها تاثیر مستقیم بر عملکرد الک خواهد داشت و این اثرات به طور کلی بدین شرح است:

در صورت شاقول نبودن آویزها و سنتر نبودن کورپی های بالا و پایین احتمال شکست آنها و افتادن الک وجود دارد.
طول آویزها روی کورس الک تاثیر می گذارد و در صورتیکه طول آویزها از حد نرمال کمتر باشد کورس کم شده و راندمان و ظرفیت الک هم کاهش خواهد یافت.
طول آویز روی آمپر مصرفی الکتروموتور الک هم تاثیر می گذارد و در صورت کوتاه بودن آن، آمپر الکتروموتور افزایش می باید.
میزان نبودن آویزها روی مصرف گریس و عمر یاتاقان های الک هم تاثیر می گذارد.
