مديرعامل آرد ممتاز اليگودرز بيان کرد: سياست‌ها و تصميم‌گيري‌هاي خلق‌الساعه تواني براي صنعت آرد باقي نگذاشته است.

دکتر جواد شريفي با اشاره به مطلب فوق در تشريح اين روزهاي صنعت آرد کشور به ويژه شهرستان اليگودرز که داراي 5 کارخانه آرد فعال است، به خبرنگار نگاه هستي گفت: شايد کمتر صنعتي به اندازه صنعت گندم، آرد و نان داراي ازدياد دستورالعمل باشد، عدم بررسي مناسب شرايط موجود اين صنعت و ارائه راهکارهاي غيرکارشناسانه موجب شده است در طي اين سال‌ها صاحبان صنايع آرد نتوانند برنامه‌ريزي صحيحي در راستاي پيشبرد اهداف خود داشته باشند و به همين دليل است که ارتقاي کيفي در اين صنعت متحمل هزينه‌هاي مادي و معنوي بسياري است.

وي افزود: در طي سال‌هاي اخير با توجه به ايجاد تورم افسارگسيخته، صنعت آرد کشور از جمله معدود صنايعي در کشور است که همچنان با آناليز نرخ سال‌هاي گذشته به جنگ با هزينه‌هاي به‌روز شده مي‌رود. از جمله اين موارد که بايد به آن اشاره کرد، قيمت کيسه‌هاي آرد است که در آناليز قيمت آرد 500 تومان در نظر گرفته شده در حالي که به تازگي با نرخ 4 هزار تومان هم کيسه براي بسته‌بندي آرد و حمل و توزيع آن پيدا نمي‌شود. آيا با اين شرايط تواني براي کارخانه‌هاي آرد باقي مي‌ماند؟ اين تفاوت فاحش بين هزينه توليد و فروش را چگونه بايد جبران کرد؟

مديرعامل آرد ممتاز اليگودرز صدور مجوزهاي جديد کارخانه آرد را خطري بزرگ براي صنعت آرد کشور اعلام کرد و گفت: با توجه به حجم توليد آرد و تعداد واحدهاي فعال آردسازي به نسبت سرانه مصرف و جمعيت کشور، بيشتر کارخانه‌هاي آرد با نيمي از ظرفيت اسمي خود در حال فعاليت هستند اما باز هم شاهد صدور مجوز جهت احداث کارخانه آرد از جانب سازمان صمت هستيم که نشان‌دهنده عدم آگاهي و بي‌تفاوتي نسبت به صنعت آرد کشور است زيرا با تداوم اين شرايط قطعاً آينده روشني پيش روي صنعت آرد نخواهيم ديد.

جواد شريفي با اشاره به اينکه درجه‌بندي کارخانه‌ها در استان لرستان هر سه ماه يک بار و بدون کارشناسي‌هاي لازم در حال اجرا است، تصريح کرد: درجه‌بندي بايد بر اساس توليد آرد کيفي و ميزان رضايت مشتريان صورت گيرد نه بر اساس سرانه جمعيت و مساحت شهر. اين نوع اختصاص سهميه موجب بي‌انگيزگي کارخانه‌هايي خواهد شد که تمام توان خود را براي توليد آرد باکيفيت به کار گرفته‌اند.

وي افزود: دولت به جاي حمل گندم از سيلوهاي مبدأ به سيلوي مورد نظر خود و به جاي صرف هزينه‌هاي سربار و اينکه هزينه حمل را به کارخانه‌هاي آرد تحميل کند، بهتر است گندم‌ها را از سيلوهاي مبدأ مستقيماً به کارخانه‌هاي آرد حمل کند تا صاحبان صنعت آرد را از اين بار اضافه مالي نجات دهد.
